ISSSC: travel & accommodation
Travel & transfers
- Arrive/depart via Geneva Airport.
- Group transfers operate Saturday and Wednesday, only to / from Geneva airport.
- Half week option: two reps may utilise one room for each half of the week, with a managed Wednesday changeover.
Accommodation
- Central Méribel hotels: L’Eterlou (hub) and Chaudanne.
- Evening meals for all sponsors at La Grange.
- Rooms allocated via UKAFWSA block booking — do not book directly.
- Off pattern requests may be able to be accommodated; contact Accommodation Lead via the enquiry form.
A detailed ISSSC programme will be shared closer to the event.
Equipment hire & lessons
Hire
Preferential ski/snowboard hire rates are available. Costs settled directly with the provider in resort.
Lessons
Discounted lessons (ski or snowboard) can be arranged at booking. Invoiced by UKAFWSA on your final bill.
Protocol Representatives
Race‑level sponsors (and above) may nominate graduate/intern Protocol Representatives (up to six places). Roles include event operations, media updates, protocol support, and team engagement. Lift passes and Group transfers are covered by UKAFWSA; all other costs billed to the sponsor.
Frequently asked questions
Can we attend events other than the ISSSC?
Yes. Sponsors are welcome throughout the season — see the Future Events page.
Can two reps share one week?
Yes. One room can be split with a Wednesday changeover. Transfers run Saturday and Wednesday only.
How do we request lessons or hire?
Include it on the booking form. Lessons invoiced by UKAFWSA; hire is settled directly in resort.
Can we arrive outside the transfer days?
Contact the Accommodation Lead. Off‑pattern changes cannot be guaranteed.
